Job Purpose:
- Lead project teams and support planning, directing, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running projects or portfolio of project.
- Accountable for end-to-end results of a project, exercise control over reso ,policy formulation, and planning.
- Build the organization's agile capabilities and mentality through training, coaching, and challenges based on agile values and principles.
- Promote Agile project management standards across all areas of the business, apply compressive understanding of concepts and procedures, and resolve issues that have impact beyond own area.
- Appl an in-depth understanding of the business impact of the technical contributions. • Accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses / geographic regions. Full management responsibility of the project teams, including management of people, budget, and planning.
- Develop a Product roadmap and define the product vision, strategy, and goals.
- Organizing and ranking things on the product following shifting requirements and expectations.
- Manage a program of work and projects related to the company’s digital products.
- Manage multiple teams or a functional area.
- Coordinate the work of external partners emphasizing quality and timely delivery.
- Manage stakeholders, team members, and key resources through the end-to-end delivery of IT Projects.
- Ensure strategies and techniques for maintaining speed, effectiveness, and quality.
- Support the CIO in strategy and planning.
- Escalate project risks to the management or project sponsors, when appropriate.
- Ensure prioritization cross-functional bridging, and visibility of Initiatives through strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Champion collaboration, Technology Innovation, and prosecco participation In UCFS activities around core business transformation and Innovation.
- Manage project scope, plan, prioritization, budget, and collaboration and alignment with internal and external teams.
- Interact with project sponsors, stakeholders, and multiple business & and technical teams to define and deliver complex features.
- Coach product managers, engineers, and QA's In agile ways of working.
- Produce briefing and other documentation required for ongoing product work including documents for external agencies, scheduling, reviews, minutes of meetings, etc.
- Contribute to post-implementation reviews, and ensure the standards and processes are enhanced as a result.
- Perform business analysis in support of projects or specific assignments as required.
- Plan and manage multiple parallel projects
- Create, maintain, and disseminate project information to stakeholders
- Communicate project issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner.
- Insatiable curiosity and ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
- Assess risk when business decisions are made at the project level, demonstrating consideration for company/partner reputation and safeguarding Procco, its clients, and assets.
- Building an agile way of working for multidisciplinary teams, ensuring sprint goals are defined and met, and building an empowered culture with each team.
- Improve the use of JIRA and operational metrics.
- Facilitate Scrum events and ceremonies (Sprint planning, daily standup, sprint review, and sprint retrospective)
- Help surface and resolve issues and blockers within the team.
- Maintain and optimize application development team metrics, helping the team and business understand important insights.
- Design product requirements and generate thorough specifications, user stories, and development guidelines.
