Responsibilities: An exciting position exists at PropertyGuru for a Head of Developer Sales (B2B) with a keen interest in Property and Online Media. PropertyGuru has been going through a spectacular growth journey that brought the Company to become the Southeast Asia's largest property portal group. While the Company commands leading consumer market share across its markets (Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Indonesia), it aspires to improve its ability to monetise on the leadership. To enable that, PropertyGuru is looking for a Head of Developer Sales (B2B) to help the Malaysian Team strengthen branding and engagement with Malaysia Real Estate Developers. Portfolio Management

  • Oversee a team of experienced Account Managers towards exceeding set targets
  • Forming strategies based on datato achieve the targets
  • Deliver and improve integrated sales proposals and content across platforms for larger Enterprise Opportunities
  • Evaluate and improvise team performance through assessment and feedback
  • Develop and deliverrelevant strategies and initiatives to grow our share of wallet share
  • Evaluate the market and forecast key trends that may impact the organisation
  • Review the sales process and identify areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with internal resources to ensure promised deliverables to customers
  • Develop quality customer relationships to better meet their needs
  • Support team to develop close and strategic relationships with the client at all levels, with the aim of translating customers' business needs into revenue optimisation
Measure of Success
  • Foster teamwork towards team and organization goals
  • Achieve set financial targets
  • Exemplify through example and mentoring of sales team
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years experiencein managerial position in a consultative sale to Enterprise Accounts. Advantageous with experience in online media/ advertising sales or Real Estate industries
  • Experience in navigating through complex client organisation and establishing excellent rapport at all levels, especially with C-level clients
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to translate and deliversuccessful sales strategy
  • Planning, organisation and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and buying patterns
  • Demonstrated strongguidance and mentorship to sales representatives
  • Astute discipline in sales forecast management
