Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources Lawyer – Top Tier Law firm An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an Energy Solicitor to join the Energy, Infrastructure and Natural Resources team of a top tier law firm in Dublin. This position offers the opportunity to join Tier 1 Energy team where the successful candidate will receive excellent support and the opportunity to avail of a customised development programme to support with continued career progression. The Role The role will entail advising on a wide range of energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects. Clients include utilities, international energy companies, financial institutions, private equity, infrastructure funds, sponsors and government. The team provide comprehensive advice on the development, financing and regulation of energy projects. The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE
• Experience in Energy Law
• Candidates with previous experience in banking who are interested in specialising in energy will be considered
• Self-motivated and ambitious
• An understanding of the legal issues associated with financing energy, infrastructure and natural resources projects and transactions
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
