Due to our global focus and international growth, PIPECARE is seeking experienced Territory Director to support our continued growth in Far East . Position Summary The Territory Director is responsible for overseeing operational activities for all ongoing contracts at his Territory locations. Territory Director’s role is to manage the project management team, to ensure the completion of projects within budget and as per scheduled timeframes. The Territory Director ensures that all Project Managers (PM) and field personnel in his Territory maintain and follow corporate standards and operational procedures. The TD ensures adherence to established and approved processes and HSE standards. S/he is in charge of continuous improvement and crisis management for all operationally related issues of his territory. The Territory Director must ensure organizational effectiveness by providing leadership, guidance, support and back-up to the territory office and field team as needed. S/he is responsible for identifying and putting in place seconds in command and ensuring ongoing succession planning for sake of business continuity and operational delivery. S/he will be often called upon to make a contribution to development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices as well as regulatory compliance. As a proactive team member, the Territory Director is expected to establish a high level of credibility, build close working relationships with internal team as well as all external constituencies; S/he should endeavor to add value where and when needed within the organization and to preserve the credibility and reputation of the Company. Job Responsibilities : Manage Operations Department and ensure the proper corporate procedures and documentation is being followed by the field personnel and PM in his/her territory. Be responsible for the project’s executionassigned withinterritories. Maintain overall First Tool Run Success Rate at minimum 95%. Play a vital role in ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly, safely and at maximum productivity. Develop the proper communication channels between the Territory and the corporate office through ERP and regular reporting. Be responsible for timely project planning, budget approval, and accurate manpower distribution. Alignment & plan control of tool requirements and plan between Tool Management and Projects. Alignment & plan control of Mob/Demob plans with TM & Project requirements. Alignment & plan control of manpower resource distribution based on Project requirements Oversee and review projects cost estimates and control costs accordingly. Ensure all Project Information Documents (PID) are prepared, including detailed execution plan with allocation of resources and project risk management plan. Coordinate with sales on incoming projects & potentially urgent requirement Handle critical budgetary arrangements Provide monthly Projects KPIs Support in recruitment, assessment, decisions on Projects manpower Provide QA/QC that invoices are accepted and in queue for collection; support Finance on technical matters Liaison with other departments on potential requirements by Project Request and review periodic reports, support better periodic and ad hoc reporting, information flow and organizational planning. Ensure quality & HSE procedures are applied and followed during projects preparation and execution in all projects. Communicate daily with Regional Heads to review daily activities and Projects’ progress. Cost optimization Financial compliance related to company procedure, local government compliance, taxes, etc. Skills/ Experience: Degree in any field of Business, Finance, or Technical Science . Min 5 years of operation planning experience in Oil and Gas sector and with at least 3 years’ experience in management. Ideally, possesses a working knowledge of engineering challenges in the pipeline environment and will have worked on projects covering ILI, Pipeline Inspection, Integrity, Pigging, Cleaning, Freezing, Hydro-testing. Experience of managing a large, motivated team and overseeing the operations of a region. Solid IT & Computer skills, with a specialist knowledge of Oil & Gas Software and Equipment - Microsoft Office is essential. Fluency in English. Fluency in the language of the Territory or Main Country where projects are performed is an advantage. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory (up to 50% of time). #J-18808-Ljbffr
