Job details
- Oversee smooth and running daily IT system operation which include back-end office as well as outlets/stores, setup, installation and configuration, integration of software, service and hardware
- Lead large IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Plan, develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure proper control; and ensure consistent, efficient and effective use of IT facilities throughout the Group.
- Define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
- Optimizing business IT processes, business requirements with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs
- Assess vendors and develop test strategies for new hardware and software
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10 years of experience working in IT operations, preferably with Retail Industry
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages specifically with MYSQL database and Windows operating systems, Linux, Office 365, network & current equipment and technologies.
- Experience with inventory management and POS system.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
- Firm grasp on IT infrastructure and operations best practice.
