Job Description

The Marketing Executive will be a versatile player in our team, dabbling in both the art and science of marketing. From crafting compelling content to delving deep into analytics, this role provides a holistic marketing experience. The person we're looking for You are a marketing whiz who is creative, positive, and have a ”can-do” attitude. You are also a great team player, responsible, humble and open to new ideas. You are used to working efficiently according to a timeline drafted while driving multiple projects. You work well both on your own as well as in teams, and aspire to contribute to the goals of the company.

Job Requirements

In this role, you will

• Strategic Collaboration: Assist the CMO in the ideation and execution of diverse marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Content Mastery: Write consistent, brand-aligned content for various platforms including social media, our website, email campaigns, and more.
• Data Analytics: Analyze data trends, report on campaign performance, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and manage relationships with collaborators, partners, and influencers to enhance brand reach and resonance.
• [Bonus] SEO/SEM Insight: Leverage SEO and SEM strategies to increase our online visibility, drive traffic, and enhance user engagement.
• Campaign Oversight: Monitor ongoing marketing programs, suggesting improvements and ensuring alignment with the overarching marketing strategy.

You will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, Joey Tan. This position requires

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Experience: Prior experience in a marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage multi-faceted campaigns.
• Copywriting Prowess : Strong written communication skills to craft engaging content that resonates with our audience.
• Analytical Acumen: Proficiency in analyzing data trends, deriving insights, and making informed decisions.
• Initiative Excellence: Ability to manage unique marketing initiatives, from brand collaborations to event planning, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with brand values.
• Bonus: Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
• Growth Mindset: Desire to continuously learn, adapt, and grow within the rapidly-evolving marketing landscape.
