About The Job As a Placement Partner for Seedstars Academy, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our talented graduates and high-growth international companies seeking top-tier tech talents. You will be responsible for building and maintaining partnerships with global organizations, identifying their talent needs, and facilitating the placement of our graduates in these companies. Your efforts will contribute to the professional development of our talents and strengthen Seedstars Academy's reputation as a talent pipeline for international companies. Location: this is a remote role which can be performed from anywhere in the world. Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with international high-growth companies, tech startups, and organizations seeking tech talents. Understand their talent requirements and align them with the skills and capabilities of Seedstars Academy graduates.
  • Talent Matching: Work closely with our graduates, assess their technical and soft skills, and match them with appropriate job opportunities in partner companies. Facilitate the interview process and support candidates through the placement journey.
  • Networking and Outreach: Continuously expand the network of potential placement partners by attending tech events, conferences, and industry gatherings. Represent Seedstars Academy as a talent acquisition expert and advocate for our graduates.
  • Talent Development: Collaborate with our internal teams to understand the strengths and areas of improvement of our graduates. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to enhance their employability and market readiness.
  • Placement Success Monitoring: Track and measure the success rate of graduate placements, both short-term and long-term. Analyze the outcomes and propose strategies for improvement.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, talent demands, and market dynamics to tailor our upskilling programs to meet the evolving needs of employers.
  • Brand Ambassador: Promote Seedstars Academy's mission and values, acting as a brand ambassador in the tech talent acquisition space.
Requirements
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources, with a focus on tech-related roles.
  • Experience in placing candidates in international high-growth companies.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the tech industry, trends, and talent demands in international markets.
  • Networking Skills: Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities to establish partnerships with global organizations.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders, including candidates, partner companies, and internal teams.
  • Passion for Talent Development: A genuine interest in empowering tech talents to succeed and contribute to the growth of high-growth companies.
