We are currently looking for a Head of Vendor Operations, MY to accelerate our growth with our Partners. You will be responsible for devising and executing on an accelerated growth strategy for MY, positioning foodpanda with a competitive advantage and preferred partnership relationship to our Restaurant Partners, guaranteeing long term profitable growth and market leading position. With both short and long-term market goals in mind, you will lead the organizational transformation and ensure the right people and processes are in place to get there. Responsibilities:

  • Fully own the restaurant partner’s operations lifecycle within foodpanda.
  • Manage external vendor relations within the Commercial Department.
  • Project Management of strategic improvements and pushes.
  • Perform as functional bridge amongst external vendors as well as internal stakeholders.
  • Standardization, optimization and roll-out of processes.
  • Roll-out and ownership of workforce management tools.
  • Launch initiatives to remove inefficiencies and redundancies within local processes.
  • Own and measure the improvement of quality and speed Onboarding.
  • Manage a mid to large-sized workforce of back-office and restaurant-facing agents, maintaining and progressively improving their productivity.
  • Analyze, track and set targets for overall KPIs to improve SLAs and ensure quality of onboarding touchpoints.
  • Project manage and lead strategic pushes in a highly agile environment.
  • Weekly reporting and monitoring of the workforce and it’s productivity and quality.
  • Coordinate all vendor management tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employees.
  • Ensure company-wide needs for due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished.
  • Help and coordinate vendor processes and methods to approve vendors.
  • Identify improvement areas internally as well as perform closely with all internal stakeholders to prepare solutions.
  • Participate to formulate workflow processes, methods and policies for applying vendors.
  • Prepare processes for as well as manage analysis, selection and transition.
  • Support to explore expansion across new business lines.
Requirements:
  • Proven problem solver.
  • Proven people manager and team builder with references.
  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
  • Analytical and process driven with a good eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong in Excel/Analytics
  • Ideal but optional: knowledge of salesforce
