Role & responsibilities: - Providing leadership to the various functions for all campuses across the country. - Responsible for developing and implementing country-specific strategies, policies, and procedures while ensuring alignment - Managing entire School operations to achieve the organization's business plans. KRA's : - Leadership - Financial Performance - Sales & Admissions - Budgeting - Handling large P&L and considering Approvals - Legal Operations - General & Administrative Operations - Human Resources & Workforce Planning - Marketing, Brand Management & Digital Marketing - People Focus Large team management for Academics & Non-Academics staff ranging from 500+ employees span.
