We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual to join us as a Tech Ops, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) in our fast-growing regional headquarters base in Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will be a key member of our Strategy and Operations vertical, Advertising and Partnerships (APAC) team; you'll be the bridge between business and data technology making sure we are providing best-in-class services to maximize revenue growth through business data insights. Key responsibilities:

  • Own DSP, SSP and DMP platform partners integrations (such as The Trade Desk and Criteo) and automate regular cadence of dataflow and maintenance internally and externally
  • Work on data requests, data activations and panda ads campaigns
  • Track, measure and provide data driven insights to support decision making for business
  • Perform deep analytical dives into data operational problems to troubleshoot and identify root causes and find solutions
  • Support data monetisation team in driving and improving data operation workflows and frameworks through scaling and automation across data products, insights requests and reporting by working closely with solutions, products and engineering teams
  • Work closely with markets, industry and marketing team to drive data monetisation education and awareness programmes across markets
  • Research, build and maintain data audience taxonomy adhering to IAB standards
Key requirements:
  • 2-3 years of data analytics experience in the online marketing advertising technology space preferably in DSPs or DMP space
  • Passionate and excited about advertising technologies
  • Good understanding of batch jobs, cron job scheduler, AWS S3 buckets and API services
  • Strong analytical mindset to analyze raw data, draw insights and develop actionable recommendations for the business independently
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Champion of data and visualization with strong presentation and story-telling skills
  • Ability to write clean, structured, and efficient SQL code
  • Knowledge and experienced with BI tools (Tableau, Data Studio, Big Query)
  • Knowledge with big data, Data Warehouse technologies, Python or R, is a plus
  • Knowledge of e-commerce is a plus
  • Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments would be an advantage
  • Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
