This role requires a candidate to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. The Upstream segment includes crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids exploration, field development, and production. The Downstream segment focuses on refining, logistics, power generation, and the marketing of crude oil, petroleum and petrochemical products, and related services to international and domestic customers. The Corporate segment offers supporting services including human resources, finance, and information technology. The company was founded on May 29, 1933 and is headquartered in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Cost Engineer to join our Project Management team (PMT). Project Management Teams are directly responsible and accountable for the delivery of best in class capital projects assigned to department. PMT is directly involved in executing and managing assigned projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes, types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion dollar mega size projects. Some of these mega projects include the Marjan Increment Program, the Crude Oil to Chemicals program, the Gas Compression Program, the Berri & Zuluf Increment and AMIRAL Program. Responsibilities:
  1. Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget.
  2. Provide cost analysis, controls, and reporting for Capital and non-Capital projects.
  3. Offer input and recommendations for cost engineering requirements, including staffing, project controls, and analyzing scope, quantities, and cost data.
  4. Organize, monitor, and control project costs, aligning with contractual requirements, objectives, and Company procedures.
Requirements:
  1. This role requires a candidate to permanently relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
  2. Hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering from a recognized university.
  3. Possess a minimum of fifteen years of cost engineering experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, refinery projects, or facilities.
  4. Have at least ten years of experience in managing project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting.
