Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer who is specialized in Civil & Structural Engineering to join our Project Management team (PMT). The PMT is directly involved in executing and managing assigned projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of integrity and compliance. This will involve engineering design, procurement and construction of various sizes ($), types and complexity of small, medium to multi-billion-dollar mega projects. PMT is responsible for managing and executing projects geographically scattered throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

1. Execute capital projects according to the scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Perform complex technical and administrative tasks related to the design and coordination of civil & structural packages.
3. Provide technical input and review for the design, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup of facilities.
4. Address technical issues throughout all phases of project development related to civil & structural packages.

Requirements:

1. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized and approved program. An advanced degree is preferred.
2. Have fifteen years of experience in the Oil, Gas, and refining industries, with a specialization in Civil & Structural Engineering.
3. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
4. Possess experience in Engineering Design & Construction phases, with a thorough knowledge of engineering practices and economic principles according to applicable International Codes, Standards, and Specifications.
