Manager ePay Operations

Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree Requirements:

• 5-7 years of working experience in Digital Banking or ADC operations.
• Must have a clear understanding of digital banking and digital transaction processing, settlement, chargeback, merchant management, and dispute resolution processes.

• Lead E-Pay operation team to ensure smooth processing of digital transactions
• Supervise digital transactions reconciliation and validation process
• Liaison with banks for settlement and reversal entries/chargebacks
• Perform and supervise merchant management.
• Liaison with merchants, Banks, SBP, and others for the service contracted.
• Manage, supervise, and control the monthly billings and receiving.
• Supervise, manage, and control assigned resources/team in day-to-day Operations.
• Keep track of Operations shifts and inform the progress of Shifts to GM ePay.
