We are on the lookout for a Lead Generation Specialist to join us and help expand FRAGs market share. About the Role: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the lead generation efforts of the company. You'll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify and qualify potential leads through various channels and contribute to the growth of our customer base. Responsibilities: Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets. Use various tools and platforms to gather data and insights for lead generation activities. Assist in qualifying leads based on defined criteria and segmentation. Utilize lead scoring techniques to prioritize and categorize leads for the sales pipeline. Support outreach campaigns through emails, calls, and social media to engage with prospects. Craft and personalize messaging to resonate with different lead segments. Maintain accurate and updated lead databases within the CRM system. Track and report on lead generation activities, including conversion rates and key metrics. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation strategies with overall business objectives. Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and effectiveness of strategies. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Demonstrated understanding of lead generation principles and strategies.
