E-commerce Specialist

Our Client is a fast-growing ECommerce company that specializes in on-line sales and Marketing of National and Private Label branded products. Their products are featured via a series of on-line stores and 3rd party merchant platforms such as Amazon.com, Wal-Mart.com, Ebay and others. They are in the top one percent of ECommerce companies according to Amazon.com and growing quickly. They are seeking smart, energetic people to help them continue to rise in the ranks on all Ecommerce channels. Our Client is looking for a proficient Ecommerce Platform Specialist to join their team. You will be responsible for adding, maintaining, and optimizing our Ecommerce product listings to increase sales and visibility on the following platforms: Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart, Michaels, and Big Commerce websites. Responsibilities:
- Upload, edit, and maintain product listings to all Ecommerce channels.
- Interact with customers via email and on-line chat.
- Conduct daily account health checks and resolve any issues on all Ecommerce channels.
- Complete regular audits on all product listings to ensure proper operation and optimization including product titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other product details.
- Assist with successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products, and generating reviews that comply with each platform’s Terms of Service.
- Remain up to date with each channel’s best practices, new trends and updates.
- Work on various other tasks to assist other departments where needed.
- Experienced with Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy and other eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced with Helium10
- Proficient with Excel (v-look ups, using filters, etc.)
- Hard-working, resourceful, self-motivated, detailed, and responsible.
- Extremely organized and able to multi-task.
- A fast learner, assertive and has a lot of common sense when given instructions.
- Inventive and proactive in designing and implementing new processes to continually streamline the department and suggest new ideas on a regular basis.
- Willingness to work for a single employer exclusively.
- Any experience with Data Dive, Adobe photoshop, Illustrator, and Big Commerce websites is a plus.
- Must be a self-driven individual capable of solving problems.
- 8-hour shift (shift beginning at: 8am United States (Eastern time, UTC-5)
- Monday to Friday
- Stable internet service is a must. The primary internet should be cabled wired on a FIBER connection with a download/ upload minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
- Should have a backup internet solution - LTE Mobile Data or Pocket WIFI
- A desktop Computer or Laptop preferably with Intel i5 or equivalent processor, Windows 7 and above or MAC OSX OS, 8GB RAM
- A good headset with an extended microphone and noise cancellation is preferred Good external or integrated webcam
