Trade Marketing Supervisor

Ensuring successful executions of marketing campaigns and events, reviewing the effectiveness of implemented programs. JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Leading the development of the trade marketing strategy to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories.
• Owning responsibility for the development, execution, and performance of all programs designed to increase presence/awareness.
• Ensuring alignment across the Sales and Marketing organizations on field sales needs and marketing initiatives and budget management.
• Collaborates with group trade marketing for the ideation, planning and budgeting, production and implementation of all sales activities, including point of sales materials and promotions.
• Manages the point of sales materials (including budget, logistics, distribution, assortment) by finding the most efficient solutions.
• Collaborates with Product Managers and Marketing team to build sales promotions and product communication.
• Supports local teams in the execution of sales activities and achieving their sales and budget objectives, while ensuring the desired product benefits and brand values are properly communicated.
• Supports local teams in the execution of their training programs.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Trade Marketing/Brand Management related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Marketing/Trade Marketing or equivalent.
