About the role: In this position you will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients that align with their business requirements and objectives. You will also develop key relationships with internal and external stakeholders to generate new business leads and maintain client retention in your portfolio.  Responsibilities of the role:

• Generating new business leads
• Management and retention of existing clients
• Maintain up to date knowledge of insurance policy, products and legislation
• Developing and sustaining strong relationships with new clients
• Maximising new business referrals and opportunities
• Goal setting 
• Perform processing of endorsements and renewals

About you:

• Completion of NZFSC / ANZIIF Level 5 Certificate in General Insurance
• Strong knowledge of Commercial insurance products and services
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales targets 
• Previous Commercial broking experience essential
