Job Description

In liaison with the GM High Performance, the Head of High Performance Campaigns will be responsible for the operational and strategic delivery of all NZF national programs - Men's, Women's and Futsal in line with campaign plans. In this new role you'll be overseeing the operations for all national teams, including systems, processes, medical programs, and ensuring that Head Coaches are supported in the leadership and management of people. You'll be assisting the GM High Performance in planning and scheduling international fixtures, and there will be some travel required with national teams.

Desired Skills and Experience

We're looking for someone with at least 10 years' management experience, preferably in a high-performance sporting context. Experience working with suppliers, forming relationships with overseas stakeholders, strong people management and a knowledge of database management will be advantageous, and an MSc or BSc in Sports Management is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
