Head of Water Compliance at Wellington Water, Wellington - Wairarapa
- Take ownership of our water safety plans
- Flexible working arrangements
- Permanent role based in our Petone office
- demonstrated experience within investigations and operational planning in a regulated industry
- proven experience in prioritising workloads and improving process from an audit and compliance perspective
- experience in operational internal auditing/assurance or compliance activities
- ability to identify, mitigate and manage risks within a similar or high risk industry
- knowledge of how committees and governance functions operate
- ability to build strong relationships and gain buy-in from senior stakeholders
- ability to translate complex direction, regulations and policy into achievable action plans
- a full and clean class 1 driver's licence
- some leadership experience is desirable.
