Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 01/02/2024 • Accountable for customer satisfaction through qualityof service and precise communication • Accountable for equipment safety and performance • Accountable for selling service repairs • Accountable for resolving customer service qualitycomplaints • Accountable for resolving customers invoicingcomplaints related to maintenance operations Service operations • Accountable for the end-users, the sites and thetechnicians safety • Accountable for the delivery ofservice according to the service contractrequirements, the time limits, the AL-ARABIA quality standards and the local regulations • Accountable for the control of the field operationscosts and the profit margin • Accountable for service repairs sales • Accountable for managing the third party inspectionsvisits and follow-up actions • Validates the service contract technical terms withthe salesperson • Accountable for supporting the maintenance of any thirdparty equipment coming into the maintenance base • Responsible for helping the call centre agent solvingtechnician call-out assignment conflicts (priorities & trouble shootersfitter schedule) • Accountable for solving and closing the open call-outsand reacting in case of stopped equipment and/or safety issues • Accountable for reducing the call-outs in his area • Accountable for the timely completion of the plannedmaintenance visits • Accountable for the planned maintenanceschedulingand optimised routing • Responsible for investigating accidents and followingcompany policy on evidence custody and internal reporting. • Responsible for the control and authorization ofovertime • Accountable for the performance of his assignedtechnicians • Accountable for maintenance technicians motivation andcompetence development • Accountable for determining and checking techniciansperformance objectives • Accountable for communication to his technicians &conductingof the weekly tool boxmeeting • Accountable for managing technician annual leave ,absences and back-up, and call-out technician scheduling • Accountable for technician timesheet validation priorto payroll • Accountable for equipment assignment to technician andtechnician workload balancing • Responsible of defining the technician capacity needand for the technician hiring and selection process

Accountablefor defining, authorising replacement, managing technician’s tools, vans,phone and instruments

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering · 5-12 years experience in the samefield · Engineering standards and codes ofpractice · Contract and commercial knowledge · Team leadership · Procurement and selling skills · Ability to plan, organize, lead, andmonitor team efforts to their successful completion · Excellent in English Language, Arabicwould be an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
