- Lead DC team in ensure safe, sustainable and efficient operations
- Manage reverse logistics and fleet movement for right availability of empty bottles for production and dispatch
- Benchmark and coordinate cross functionally on identification and reduction of bottle damages
- Support team in Identifying and driving improvement opportunities
- Engage with Sales and Customers to devise effective routes-to-market that creates shared value
- Review cost of operations in accordance with plans and forecasts
- Engage with and coach/develop team
- Proactively identify and address operational risks and challenges.
- MBA / BE 2-3 year relevant experience (Warehousing Operations, Supply Chain)
- Knowledge of MS Office and SAP "MH Modules"
- Proven ability to take initiatives with successful execution and project closure
- Ability to work with diverse and cross functional teams to ensure business continuity
