The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skillset and extensive experience in this industry. The candidate will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing new and updated software programs. In addition to that, the candidate will take on a managerial role and lead Junior Developers with all software development tasks. Responsibilities:
- Backend-end Development.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.
- Creating, Configuring, Maintaining all aspects of servers and databases.
- Designing and developing or Integration of 3rd Party APIs and/or Services.
- Provide development and any technical support.
- Adaptation to the any technology or platform required to perform necessary tasks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 4-6 years of industry experience
- Proficient knowledge of back-end programming language (PHP, Python, Ruby, Java, .NET , JavaScript etc.)
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
- Proficient understanding of OWASP security principles
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms (JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3)
- Able to meet deadlines
- Leadership experience
- Strong communications skills
- Manama: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
