With a primary operational base in Saudi Arabia, they boast a 15-year legacy of success in developing and managing large-scale projects across the nation's energy infrastructure. currently seeking a proactive 'Executive Support & Strategy Advisor' to join their dynamic team. This role is central to enhancing their executive leadership's efficiency and plays a pivotal part in facilitating the managing director's operations. The responsibilities include streamlining strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination, organization, and execution of tasks and projects throughout the company. Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the managing director, senior executives, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Oversee the progress of major company initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely completion.
  • Lead special projects as delegated by the managing director, collaborating with diverse teams for successful outcomes.
  • Undertake research and analysis to aid decision-making, development of strategic plans, and recommend new or revised policies and strategies.
  • Assist the executive team members in determining and prioritizing business strategies based on their schedules.
  • Determine key performance indicators and establish methods to measure team performance.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, ensuring the managing director is well-equipped for discussions.
  • Support the managing director in meetings by taking notes and ensuring completion of action items.
  • Monitor tasks assigned to senior team members by the managing director, ensuring accountability.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in consulting or a comparable position, with hands-on experience in strategic planning, project management, and supporting executive functions.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a high-paced setting, adeptly managing multiple responsibilities and setting priorities.
  • Outstanding organizational acumen, complemented by meticulous attention to detail and effective task prioritization.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving prowess, capable of distilling intricate data and offering insightful recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel, with a talent for creating compelling presentations and crafting coherent storylines.
  • An agile and forward-thinking approach, marked by a proactive nature, initiative-taking, and a drive for achieving objectives.
  • Upholds the utmost discretion and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive and confidential matters.
