Job details
Job Objective:: To define the Cloud services strategic objectives and plans, in coordination with the Director of Business Products and Solutions, and drive their implementation, in alignment with the overall Business sector s strategy; Lead improvement initiatives for products and services in order to meet customer satisfaction, profitability targets and drive expansion across the Business sector. Job Specifications:: Strategic Contribution Contribute to the development and execution of the Business Products & Solutions department s strategy and objectives to support growth in the Business sector. Define the overall cloud strategy for Business sector and ensure its alignment with the overall Business Products & Solutions strategy, business goals and performance targets. Business Planning and Performance Management Monitor section performance KPIs and profitability, providing relevant progress updates to the Director Business Products & Solutions, as needed, to remain aware of the overall Business performance. Cloud Partners Management Define the cloud partners strategy and develop cloud partners prioritization criteria. Manage relationships with cloud partners, ensuring contractual obligations are met, and services are delivered effectively. Business Products and Solutions Cloud Services Supervise Cloud service lifecycle, revenues, and profitability to ensure its alignment with the Business sector s business needs, strategic objectives, and sales targets. Lead Cloud portfolio to drive acquisition and expansion of Cloud subscriber base in Business sector. Collaboration and Cross Boundary Coordinate with Sales and Business Operations in order to effectively prepare support material / guidelines for sales and customer service agents. Promote cooperation with Planning & Performance and CVM & Analytics teams in order to acquire relevant insights for designing the value proposition of Cloud Services. People Management Coordinate the department s activities and manage team scheduling to ensure that all work is carried out efficiently, in line with the annual business plans, policies and procedures. Develop the workforce plan and lead staff hiring, performance management and training activities to attract, develop and retain talent for the Business sector. Change Management and Continuous Improvement Lead the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of the function s systems, processes, and practices considering international best practices, improvement of business processes and cost optimization. Research relevant regional and global market trends to stay up to date with best practices and drive relevant initiatives for improvements. Reporting and Compliance Ensure that all functional reports are prepared timely and accurately and meet stc Bahrain s organizational requirements, in adherence to the company s policies and quality standards. Ensure compliance to all policies and procedures, as well as to controls related to quality, health, safety, environmental management, guaranteeing employee and assets safety and legislative compliance. Qualification & Experience:: Minimum requirements: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT or any other relevant field. Proficiency in English language Minimum 9 years of relevant experience, with at least 6 years in a leadership position
