Skills Required: • An experienced person who can represent our company and develop the business for mutual benefit. • A love for fashion and interest in working with a variety of people. • Leadership qualities, creativity and effective communication skills. • Good persuasion along with listening and understanding the needs of customers to fulfil them accordingly. • Good Negotiating skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales. • An Intermediate Level of English. Job Description for Sales Agent: • Persuading buyers to purchase our company's products. • Communicating with buyers regarding new queries and updates. • Planning for new season’s samples and production orders. • Submission of samples to buyers and communicating for further action. • Follow up with buyers for approvals and feedback. • Update the buyers with the order status at all stages. • Visit the buyer’s site /premises from time to time. • Sourcing of new samples/ materials for new development. • Making sales presentations and representing the company in a market. • Maintaining files and Accounts for all the buyers. • Regularly updating Time and Action calendar. • Follow up for timely payments. • Service existing accounts, obtaining orders and establishing new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential buyers. • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports. • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments. • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales. .
