- Decorative Strips, Tapes – Conductive /Non-Conductive (Copper /Aluminum)
- Foam Parts Cushion Rubber Stopper Rubber, Destructive Vinyl sticker, Gaskets, FR sheets
- PC/PVC stickers, VOID stickers, 3M Tapes, Adhesives for different applications, Protection Films
- Sticker Labels, Glass anti-shattering tapes, VHB Customized Die Cuts
- Responsible for plate mounting, Anilox cleaning & sleeves.
- Optimum process setting and troubleshooting in the printing area.
- Process documentation as per QMS and other systems.
- Daily / Monthly plan V/s Actual reports, Analysis, and corrective action.
- Induction / Training in the printing area.
- Supervising for manpower handling.
- Responsible for Account of material consumption and stocks.
- Operating CI & stack flexography.
- Knowledge of solvent-based ink.
- Color matching & costing
- Quality control
- Plate mounting
- Printing planning
