Job Description

• The Director of ProcessEngineering will lead and manage Engineering Team in deployment, Sustaining, Productivity Improvement, Yield, Quality and Reliability of SSD/SIP Products. The candidate will provide team with technical and project leadership using hands-on approach.
  • Work with NPI/Development teams to ensure smooth transition of new product to High Volume Manufacturing Environment meetings all key Products KPI and MMR
  • Lead, Developed and Managed engineering team in product life cycle planning
  • Enabling Process Solutions towards Lights OUT Manufacturing
  • Work with Cross-functional teams across various Geographical sites to qualify product,drive activities through NPI phase and Continous improvement in Sustaining
  • Provide clear, regular communication of engineering product development priorities, challenges, and status across the broader organization and network, including leadership and business organizations.
  • Coordinate High Volume Manufacturing yield enhancement, DPPM management and Copy Exactly efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Masters in Engineering with at least 15 years working experience in semiconductor testing and/or product engineering, 6 - 8 years of which is Management experience leading a distributed team
• Good Leadership skills, multi and organizational skills, able to make decisions in complex situations, Structured Problem-Solving Skills
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment. Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• A proven desire to work as a team member, both on the same team and outside of the team.
