Bjak, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at Bjak Credit. As the CFO, you will play a vital role in driving the financial strategy, planning, and operational execution of the company. You will work closely with the executive team and stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance, ensure compliance, and optimize financial performance. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement financial strategies and plans aligned with the company's objectives
  • Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Monitor and analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to drive performance improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Identify and mitigate financial risks, and develop and implement internal controls
  • Provide financial analysis and support for strategic business initiatives and investment decisions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and reporting standards
  • Manage the treasury function, including cash flow planning and financial investments
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in financial processes, systems, and reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • Proven experience as a CFO or similar senior finance role in the IT and Services industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial management principles, practices, and systems
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to provide insights for decision-making
  • Solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven mindset
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct, with a commitment to ensuring financial transparency and accuracy
