Job details
- Providing support in project management, contributing to business case development, and participating in the analysis and design stages of system implementations.
- Gather requirements, develop and test software for property management.
- Gather and import existing tenant, contracts and collection data for Property Management System.
- Administer and monitor HR application, provide certain customized reports from the database, create new users and monitor data synchronization in HR application.
- Update shifts and process attendance for payroll in HR system.
- Administer material control and MIRCOS POS system, including creating new users, giving users appropriate access rights, creating and modifying custom reports, monitoring daily revenue imports from MICROS to Material Control, creating data files from MICROS and importing to Accounting system.
- Modify reports for Sage ERP system.
- Responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting company software applications, ensuring timely resolution of help desk tickets, and coordinating with external service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or similar
- At least 3 – 5 years’ experience in the similar field
- Well experienced with Web Application Technologies, MICROS POS, material control systems and ERP systems. PowerBuilder applications, PHP framework, AJAX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, utilizing MSSQL, MySQL and Oracle Database.
- Proficient in integrations/ETL and database maintenance utilities and tools. Exposure to POS and FMC systems and Asp.net
- English communication, Arabic is preferable.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently or with less supervision.
- Ability to explain and discuss complex analysis and technical issues in a manner that can be understood by non-technical persons.
