JOB DESCRIPTION :-

  1. ACCOUNT
  • DAILY/ WEEKLY BOOKEEPING, BANK RECONCILIATION, JOURNAL 
  • ONLINE PAYMENT (LOCAL & INTERNATIONAL)
  • ASSIST FOR MONTHLY STOCK TAKE 
  • CASH/ STOCK VERIFICATION 
  • GENERATE TAX INVOICE, OFFICIAL RECEIPT, PAYMENT VOUCHER AND OTHERS
  • PREPARE SALES REPORT, CASH FLOW, AND ANY OTHER REPORT
  • AD HOC
 
  1. HUMAN RESOURCES
  • OPEN ACCOUNT FOR EMPLOYEE
  • CALCULATE EMPLOYEE GROUP AND PERSONAL SALES INCENTIVE
  • MAINTAIN EMPLOYEE RECORDS AND UPDATE AS NEEDED
  • EDUCATE EMPLOYEES ON COMPANY BENEFITS AND REWARDS
  • PREPARE LETTER, CONTRACT, AND ANY OTHERS
  • AD HOC
  REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS
  • EXPERIENCE USING ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE 
  • KNOWLEDGE OF FINANCIAL REGULATIONS/ MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
  • WILLING TO LEARN AND FAST LEARNER 
  • ABLE TO WORK IN INDEPENDENCE 
  • VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
  • ABLE TO TRAVEL TO CLIENT OFFICE (PARKING CLAIMABLE)
