Job Description

I. Primary Purpose of the Position The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for generating traffic and increasing engagement, measuring marketing performance, and maintaining overall operational system functionality. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Create campaigns to assist in B2B and B2C inbound lead generation
• Identify current and potential user personas to help create targeted content and campaigns
• Conduct data analysis for email and social media campaigns, amongst other marketing performance metrics
• Assist in the compilation and consolidation of marketing reports
• Create strategies to drive SEO and website traffic
• Assist in and eventually proactively run all of Mind You's social media accounts

Requirements
