Job Description: As a Front Office Supervisor at Duros Hotels, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our guests during their stay. You will be responsible for supervising the front desk operations, managing the team, and maintaining high standards of customer service. Responsibilities: Supervise Front Desk Operations:

  • Oversee daily activities at the front desk.
  • Ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Monitor room reservations and availability.
Team Management:
  • Lead and motivate the front office team.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff.
  • Schedule and organize shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
Customer Service:
  • Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Transactions:
  • Oversee cash handling and billing procedures.
  • Verify accuracy of guest accounts.
  • Assist with financial reporting and auditing.
  • Work closely with other hotel departments to coordinate guest services.
  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams.
Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with hotel policies.
  • Implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and conduct ongoing training for front office staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a front office or guest services role.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
