Job details
- Monthly review of the financial statements of companies
- Monthly and quarterly preparation of tax returns (Income tax, VAT, Withholding, Fringe benefits, etc)
- Quarterly review of source documents to ensure that all invoices and official receipts are compliant with BIR requirements
- Weekly review of official receipts provided by suppliers before releasing checks
- Monitoring of annual renewal of business permits for depots
- Assists in day-to-day GL postings of FLC
- Prepares replies to BIR and the required documents for audit
- Compiles audit requirements for year-end financial audit
- Financial statements – balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow
- Tax returns
- To meet Finance goals and objectives applicable to the department
- To file accurate tax returns on or before the due date
- To provide recommendations regarding improvements in the department
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. License CPA is a must.
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field（construction） is required for this position. Work location: 19th Floor, One Global Place Building, BGC Taguig City, Philippines
