Hiring of Purchase Head with Fabrication Industry for Yamunanagar, Haryana

Job Responsibilities :-

• Handling all bought out  purchase as per delivery schedule. (Mechanical Items)
• Handling packing material planning &  procurement and new developments.
• Planning and  procurement of assembly itmes as per monthly production schedule.
• Handling price hikes for existing items and preparing comparison.
• Preparing weekly MIS and representing to plant head in confidence of HOD.
• Handling advance & cod payments and preparation for approvals , pending PR & PO control, resolving internal customersâ?? problems and resolving vendors issues.
• Work on cost saving & cost reduction activities.
• Resolve quality issues on daily basis.
• Follow up with suppliers for Continuous improvement in product & Service.
• Maintain Inventory level as per norms decided.
• Follow-up with logistics for timely material receipt.
• Localization of vendors & increase capacity of existing vendors.
• Making  Purchase Orders and follow for timely material receipt.
