Sales Manager

Sherwood Protective Apparel Sdn Bhd is a manufacturer and supplier of Flame Retardant (FR) Coverall and industrial workwear, especially for Oil & Gas industry. We seek a suitably qualified, motivated and self-driven individual to be part of our successful team.   Responsibilities

• Preparation of tenders and proposals to customers
• Follow up with potential customers to close order
• Ensure customer satisfaction, specific needs, and requirements
• Ensure customer receives adequate after-sales service
• Attend to customer complaints
• Ensure timely collection of customer's account

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of Sales & Marketing in Industrial Sales
• Having a background in Oil & Gas Industry / HSE practices is preferred
• Strong communication, ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
