Responsibilities & Requirements Job Description Designing and implementing the overall recruitment activities To deliver the recruitment process in line with the KPIs set, from assessment of the Company and vacancies, need analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement and monitoring. Responsible to acquire knowledge or full research is done for clients and candidates in order to fill the vacancies Requirement: At least 2 years' experience as a recruiter Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, HR, Economics or other related fields Fresh graduates can be considered as well Work Schedule: This job has the following work schedule: Monday - Friday Office hours 5 days / week 9am - 6pm Weekends Off Benefits & Perks This job has the following benefits: Travel & spending expenses Training & professional development This job is located in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
