- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve business targets for personal loans and business loans in the state.
- Identify market opportunities, customer segments, and channels for effective lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and take proactive measures to maximize sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of sales executives, loan officers, and operations staff.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, motivation, and continuous improvement within the team
- Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Drive the sales process and ensure achievement of personal loan and business loan targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify customer needs, provide personalized loan solutions, and address any concerns or issues promptly.
- Oversee the loan processing and fulfillment operations to ensure timely and accurate loan disbursals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline processes, optimize turnaround times, and minimize errors.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
- Monitor sales and fulfillment performance against targets and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for process improvements and strategic decision-making.
