Location: Pasig, Philippines, Asia About the Company: A well established financial auditing company that works within the licensed gambling industry in the Philippines. Our responsibility is to audit all gaming companies (online and land based) that operate within the Philippines and report the earnings, results and taxes owed to the gaming authorities. We do this by deploying multiple reporting, data tracking and analytical approaches and tools directly with the operators and game providers, then using this data to collate an accurate picture of each operators tax liability for the gaming authority to then process and collect. This is a privately owned company with an exclusive long term government contract, within a massively expanding sector-We are actively looking for gaming, payments and auditing experienced employees at every level to help deal with the huge increase in workload we have due to the rapid expansion of the Philippines market place. This is a company that has successfully run for nearly 5 years, but is now quickly growing and seeing real increases in workload and profit so we looking for top tier talent to be able to take an already profitable setup forward and take advantage of the huge long term opportunity that is the Philippines market. Job Overview: The Head of Auditing is responsible for leading and managing the audit function for a company that audit’s external 3 rd party companies. The role includes developing and implementing audit plans, conducting audits, and reporting on audit findings. The Head of Auditing must have a strong understanding of auditing principles and practices, as well as the ability to manage and motivate a team. Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement audit plans that align with the organization's business plans and core objectives
• Manage and motivate the audit team ensuring all workloads are managed to expected results
• Conduct transaction based audits on external 3 rd party companies ensuring we assess financial statements, operations, and compliance with policies and procedures
• Monitor 3 rd party data and identify investigate and flag variances
• Identify and report on risks and control weaknesses
• Work closely with the IT team to coordinate the auditing of websites, products, systems and technical setup of 3 rd party companies
• Develop and suggest corrective action plans to 3 rd parties and government departments
• Represent auditing function and company within meetings with 3 rd party companies and government departments
• Stay up-to-date on auditing standards and best practices
• Any other relevant task as assigned by management

Successful Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification
• 8+ years of experience in auditing external companies
• Strong understanding of auditing principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Experience of the online gambling industry is not necessary, but is highly advantageous
• Competent and confident in written and spoken English and Tagalog
