Description: In this role, you will work as the commercial services and marketing operations arm of Management Strategies. You will mainly support the sales team in leads generation and funnel management towards the fulfillment of the overall marketing and sales strategy. Key responsibilities include creating strategic goals and measurements, executing lead generation programs to impact our future growth, and managing the external conferences with clients as required. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Partner and support the Marketing Strategy Lead in developing, integrating and implementing a robust commercial process and achieve strategic business goals
  • Work with the sales team in both sales enablement and account-based approach
  • Manage Hubspot via the implementation of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principles and use A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and reporting processes to drive leads
  • Leverage full value of marketing automation processes and tools to support lead generation & funnel management
  • Mainly function as marketing's operations arm
  • Develop tools (i.e. sales kits, etc.) to help facilitate client engagements and drive sales
  • Build & manage processes for efficient handling of marketing requests
  • Ensure requests fit into overall marketing and sales strategy
  • Review and respond to sales team requests and feedback
  • Partner with sales and portfolio teams to help understand viable marketing solutions and measures of effectiveness
  • Provide market insights and analytics
  • Manage the coordination of needed marketing collateral items from the marketing and communications team
  • Manage the marketing budget
  • Serve as lead for internal and external sales and client engagement efforts
  • Coordinate with Marketing Officer - Communications and Digital Marketing to ensure effective Lead Generation efforts
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners for reputation, awareness and 'build and cultivate' strategy of Management Strategies
  • Monitor performance of external partners and provide assessment where necessary
  • Serve as point of contact for office team members and our consultant community for commercial & operational needs
Qualifications:

  • A graduate of any business, marketing or communications course with strong academic and extracurricular background
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in CRM and leads generation, marketing and sales experience in a service industry is a must
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience on the following: marketing and sales automation software preferably Hubspot and tools like Google Analytics creating and implementing marketing processes based on understanding & appreciation of the marketing strategy/plans managing and maximizing a marketing budget
  • Exhibited competencies related to the following:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication, clear presentation skills
    • Effective organization skills and coordination with internal and external stakeholders
    • Strong collaboration with a sales team
    • Superb interpersonal, influencing and leadership skills
    • Competent in project management with clear goals, objectives and action plans
    • Delivering quality work in a fast-paced environment, requiring minimal supervision to get things done
    • Lives out the core values of professionalism, collaboration, tenacity, learning & innovation, genuine concern, and positive energy
