Key responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

- Oversee the budgeting process and work with department heads to establish departmental budgets.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's financial strategy.
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and expansion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Collaborate with tax professionals to optimize the company's tax position.
