Business Function DBS enables institutional and accredited investors to tap into an integrated digital asset ecosystem that serves the entire digital asset value chain from deal origination to tokenisation, listing, custody and trading within a trusted and regulated bank environment. DBS Digital Exchange serves as a regulated platform for participants to gain exposure to the ever-growing digital economy through the DBS digital asset ecosystem for fund raising through tokenisation and secondary trading of digital assets including cryptocurrencies by leveraging on blockchain technology. Responsibilities

  • Product Development: Define and execute the product roadmap, aligning with the DDEx's strategic goals in the digital asset ecosystem sector. Conduct proof of concept to ensure product viability
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including market research, design, development, testing, and rollout.
  • Customer Experience: Close collaboration with customer experience team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, incorporating feedback from users to enhance the product offering.
  • Compliance and Security: Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure the product complies with regulatory standards.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with technology, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product goals are met.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Researching and identifying opportunities where blockchain and DLT technologies can provide a unique solution
  • Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure and drive product success. Ensure product commercial viability
  • Stakeholder Management: Regularly update and engage with internal and external stakeholders. Ensure transparency and regular updates on product development process.
  • Vendors Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes and keeping abreast with the latest solutions and technological advancements in the space.
Requirements
  • Preferable to have minimum of 10 years work experience.
  • Virtual asset experience.
  • CX experience in a digital business with proven commercialization track record.
  • Product experience in digital products.
  • Analytical experience working with big data, able to cross reference disparate data source to gain insights in customer patterns/needs.
  • Keen analytical mind.
  • Able to perform under pressure.
  • Able to work with tight timelines and deliver quality work.
  • Team player with leadership qualities.
