Job Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team and take on the role of managing, designing, developing, and implementing our Transformation Group learning program. The Transformation Group Learning & Development Program Lead is responsible for managing, designing, developing, and implementing learning and development programs to support the organization's transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with various departments, leaders and experts to identify learning needs, creating customized, engaging training solutions, and measuring the effectiveness of these programs. The Transformation Group Learning & Development Program Lead supports learning initiatives for the Data Chapter, Managing through Journeys, GenAI and all other Transformation Group change initiatives. He/She will take full ownership of curriculum initiatives, overseeing the entire process from conceptualization to implementation. This includes conducting in-depth needs analysis, owning training budgets, designing tailored training content, selecting appropriate delivery methods, integrating in DBS' learning management system, driving adoption and continuously evaluating and refining the curriculum to ensure alignment with the organization's transformation objectives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that the learning programs are strategically integrated into the transformation process, fostering skill development and continuous improvement across the organization. Responsibilities: Strategic Alignment & Stakeholder Management

  • Align learning and development initiatives with DBS' transformation goals and build strong working relationships with HR, department leaders, and external vendors ensuring that training programs directly contribute to achieving desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and experts to conduct thorough needs assessments, identifying skills gaps and development areas.
Curriculum Development & Delivery
  • Take end-to-end ownership of curriculum development by creating customized, high-quality training content and ensure that content is delivered effectively and engagingly.
  • Utilize various learning modalities, including workshops, e-learning, on-the-job training, and coaching and stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development to bring innovative solutions and methods to the organization.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the impact of training programs and continuously improve their effectiveness based on feedback and data.
Program Management
  • Efficiently manage the entire life cycle of learning and development projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling. Implement a program marketing and communications plan for stakeholders.
  • Communicate the progress and impact of learning and development programs to senior management and relevant stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree with a proven track record of 6-8 years in curating learning experiences, managing program communications design, and marketing within a digital environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced program management skills, including the ability to design and develop learning content in digital channels. Proficiency in instructional design and authoring tools is a must.
  • Transformation Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in the domain of organizational transformation, with the ability to understand critical factors that drive exceptional learning experiences and measure the benefits of learning interventions in both the short and long term.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Highly skilled in building and nurturing relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating a customer-centric approach and the ability to initiate productive conversations.
  • Innovative Mindset: Knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices and a deep interest and passion for developing new learning solutions, problem-solving, and enhancing current processes to meet evolving needs.
  • Collaborative: A dedicated team player committed to fast learning, adaptability, and passionate about delivering work as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail, delivering high-quality work consistently.
