As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing costs and ensuring the financial success of various projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurate estimation and cost planning for projects.
- Procurement and negotiation of materials and subcontractor services.
- Conducting cost analysis and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Managing variations and maintaining financial control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with the project team to optimize resources and ensure project objectives are met.
