What you will do • Execution of the portfolio management; • Execution of the account management; • Management of the relationship with the client; • Support the development teams and their managers; • Help the product owners to create and organise the product backlog; • Development and support Schedule plan based on Program processes; • Development and support Risk registry based on Program processes; • Reporting to client s Chapter Leads; • Providing weekly/bi-weekly/governance reports to main stakeholders. What you need for this • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English; • Experience working in a Middle East market ideally with financial institutions; • Strong understanding of Scrum principles/artifacts/toles etc; • experience in Scrum processes establishment with further adjustments; • proven experience in managing teams of 20+ people; • 5+ years of practical experience as a Delivery/Program manager; • Roadmap creation techniques. Schedule management. Risk registry techniques; • Understanding of software development standards, tools, and frameworks to foster engineering maturity principles within the team; • Experienced in creating and/or evolving best practices and processes related to Value delivery; • Proven ability to conduct effective retrospectives and personal devotion to continuous improvement of team performance; • Advanced practical facilitation skills (deep understanding of facilitation session stages, artifacts, goals, and techniques); • Good skills in decision-making, leadership, team building, coaching and motivating, communication, cultural awareness, and negotiating; • Good understanding of PMO Knowledge areas; • Experience in scaled agile frameworks (i.e. LESS, SAFE, Spotify, other) is an advantage; • Understanding of different software methodologies SCRUM, Agile, RUP, Waterfall; • Jira administration. Manage the concept to delivery of key commissions and events for the successful delivery of the Program Portfolio&#39;s mandate. Projects may include major visual arts installations, music and spoken word festivals, national holiday celebrations, site-specific theatre and other cross-genre commissions. The Senior Producer will support the Creative Director in identifying, planning, scoping and scheduling the annual portfolio mandated programs. The Senior Producer will liaise internally within King Abdulaziz Center&#39;s components to ensure efficient communication, policy compliance and implementation. The position will manage relationships with contractors, artists and organizations across a wide range of initiatives.<br />

We are seeking a Senior Production Director to join the Media Production Division of the Communications Content & Channels Department.<br />

The Media Production Division is responsible for providing high-end video production, photography, archive and broadcast radio services that provide quality content for the communication needs of Saudi Aramco.<br />

The Senior Production Director&#39;s primary role is to work within the Media Production Audio Visual Unit, working with other key team members and pre-production, production and post production staff to produce and direct creative and engaging corporate video programs for events, social media and other corporate video needs.<br />

<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br />

The Senior Production Director will creatively produce and direct corporate video programs to the highest standard, from creative concept through to finished product, utilizing specialist personnel and equipment at the Media Production Division&#39;s state-of-the-art facilities. When required, you will provide guidance and training to Junior members of the Media Production Team. You will be required to interpret technical briefs, work with clients and create creative and technical proposals, including, when necessary, script writing. You will lead a fully equipped camera team utilizing some of the latest high-end professional production equipment. You will be adept at creative studio and location direction. You will be able to direct professional video editors, 2D & 3D graphic designers, compositors, color graders and sound designers. The majority of programming is produced in English and so a fully fluent, preferably native written & spoken ability in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is desired, but not essential. You will be able to present concepts and completed work for review to senior management and external dignitaries.<br />

You must have a solid understanding of the video pre-production, production and post production industry, including a wide range of modern technical video formats. This should include a strong mix of high-end corporate, documentary and commercial / short form promo projects. We are seeking a Senior Production Director to join the Media Production Division of the Communications Content & Channels Department.<br />
<br />
The Media Production Division is responsible for providing high-end video production, photography, archive and broadcast radio services that provide quality content for the communication needs of Saudi Aramco.<br />

The Senior Production Director&#39;s primary role is to work within the Media Production Audio Visual Unit, working with other key team members and pre-production, production and post production staff to produce and direct creative and engaging corporate video programs for events, social media and other corporate video needs.<br />

<b>Duties and Responsibilities</b><br />

The Senior Production Director will creatively produce and direct corporate video programs to the highest standard, from creative concept through to finished product, utilizing specialist personnel and equipment at the Media Production Division&#39;s state-of-the-art facilities. When required, you will provide guidance and training to Junior members of the Media Production Team. You will be required to interpret technical briefs, work with clients and create creative and technical proposals, including, when necessary, script writing. You will lead a fully equipped camera team utilizing some of the latest high-end professional production equipment. You will be adept at creative studio and location direction. You will be able to direct professional video editors, 2D & 3D graphic designers, compositors, color graders and sound designers. The majority of programming is produced in English and so a fully fluent, preferably native written & spoken ability in English is required. Fluency in Arabic is desired, but not essential. You will be able to present concepts and completed work for review to senior management and external dignitaries.<br />

<b>Minimum Requirements</b><br />
<br />
As the successful candidate you will hold a Bachelor&#39;s degree in communications media, film, television or related creative discipline from a recognized and approved program.<br />
<br />
You will have ten years&#39; experience in the video production industry, including at least five in a role as a Senior Production Director. You will have a detailed CV / resume detailing your professional history, including clients and previous projects completed, with hyperlinks to previous work samples and/or showreels. You must have a solid understanding of the video pre-production, production and post production industry, including a wide range of modern technical video formats. This should include a strong mix of high-end corporate, documentary and commercial / short form promo projects. You will be able to work quickly and efficiently and deliver creative results to tight deadlines.<br />

Utilize state-of-the-art modeling techniques, tools and simulation software to support CO2-impact assessments of energy-technology solutions independently or as part of a broader techno-economic assessment.<br />
Develop new methodologies and/or adapt emerging techniques from the literature into own assessment methods in order to advance the frontiers of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) thinking within the Company.<br />
Maintain good understanding of Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies adopted in key regulations worldwide (e.g., EU&#39;s Renewable Energy Directives (RED)).<br />
Lead collaborative research with universities and research institutions on various energy-technology pathways.<br />

Have experience facilitating both in-person and virtual workshops.<br />
Have experience using emerging learning technologies to enhance the learning environment.<br />
Able to prepare a training classroom environment as well as conduct and evaluate courses.<br />
Have strong ability to develop and maintain relationships at different levels within the organization and expert ability to effectively manage a classroom environment during training.<br />
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.<br />

Have experience using multiple virtual delivery platforms and their tools.<br />
