The Warehouse
Manager will be responsible for optimizing
warehouse operations and ensuring the smooth running of the facility. Job Description
- Ensures
that the daily warehouse operations are operating efficiently while
adhering to the standard guidelines and procedures, and provides
resolutions on escalated warehouse issues - Ensures
that the different operating sections consistently & strictly achieve
the designated KPI - Develop
and implement strategies and action plans to attain KPIs and special
projects within the warehouse operating budget - Oversee
receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations - Supervise
and lead a team of warehouse staff, providing coaching, mentorship, and
performance feedback
- Bachelor's degree in
Engineering or any related course - Proven experience in
warehouse management or a similar role - Proficient in Microsoft
Excel and Google Sheets - Exceptional leadership and
team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and
motivating teams - Amenable to work onsite at
the office in BGC, Taguig and the Warehouse in Pasig, and perform field
work as needed
