Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Service Campaign Professional to join our Technical Service Department based in Santa Rosa, Laguna , Philippines. The Service Campaign Professional is a member of the Early Detection Early Resolution Team that is responsible for campaign implementation and management of vehicle problems across dealerships nationwide. In this role, you are the key person in the team that can expertly detect and identify vehicle defects and malfunctions. Your role and responsibilities:

  • Establish Projects, System Development and Digitalization Management
  • Set targets based on detected units, hold order to facilitate repair in dealership
  • Conduct dealer visits nationwide to check units with concerns, include in campaigns monitoring for implementation of resolution
  • Window person to Region Headquarters for Campaign details coordination
  • Cost recovery of dealers with warranty claims
  • KPI consolidation and reporting
  • Pre-Delivery Correction parts support to dealers
  • Manage Costumer Communication & Monitoring
Our perfect match:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
  • You are capable of clearly conveying information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message.
  • You can generate innovative solutions in work situations and try different and novel ways to deal with work problems and opportunities.
  • You maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment; adjust to work within new work structures, processes, requirements, or cultures.
  • You interact with others in a way that gives them confidence in one's intentions and those of the organization.
  • You can make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
Skills required:
  • Excellent English written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • High analytical skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented
  • Tenacious team player
  • Knowledge in Power BI is preferred
  • SAP familiarity
