- Bring a wealth of technical experience, with 9+ years of IT experience in Java, Spring, COTS Product, and the Insurance Domain, to drive the technical aspects of our EIS Products.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on Java, Spring, Webservices, Microservices, and other related technologies. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that align with best practices and are tailored to meet customer needs.
- Act as a highly technical liaison between our customers and our implementation teams. Leverage your deep understanding of EIS products to bridge the gap, hold meaningful technical discussions, and propose solutions that best suit our customers' requirements.
- Lead and deliver successful projects with our EIS Project team, ensuring that the team adheres to coding standards and maintaining consistent progress. Provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their technical skills and foster a culture of continuous learning within the development team.
- Draw from previous experiences of leading EIS Product Engagement Teams to contribute to our project's success.
- Utilize your extensive knowledge of various components of EIS, including Billing Core, Claim Core, Policy Core, Product factory, and EIS rating, to contribute to the development of robust and scalable solutions.
- Demonstrate proficiency in EIS Version 10 and above, along with components such as the EIS Rule Engine, EIS Batch Framework, EIS Workflow Task Generation, EIS Branching Strategy, and Claims Workflow Customization.
- 4+ of hands-on experience in the development of EIS Products, with an in-depth understanding of Java, Spring, Webservices, and Microservices.
- Proven ability to provide innovative solutions and designs aligned with customer needs and industry best practices.
- Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills to engage effectively with customers and team members.
- Leadership experience in managing development teams and delivering successful projects.
- Previous experience with EIS Product Engagements Teams is a plus.
- Proficiency in various EIS components and versions, as mentioned above.
