Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire live stream process from start to finish to ensure seamless and high quality execution.
- Oversee and manage our company's e-commerce platforms, including Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok etc.
- Oversee product optimization, ads optimization, product searchability to elevate brand visibility and search results ranking.
- Ensure product listings are consistently updated, accurate, and visually appealing to attract potential customers.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics (e.g. sales, ROAS, CTR etc.) and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities and actively participate in the development of new initiatives or enhancements to maximize e-commerce growth
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and manage reviews/comments to maintain positive store rating
- Work closely with the warehouse and fulfilment teams to ensure seamless order processing and timely customer deliveries.
- 2-3 year of work experience in managing e-commerce platforms. Fresh grads are welcomed to apply!
- Min. Bachelor's Degree or higher in E-commerce, Marketing, Advertising or any related field.
- Sales orientation mindset, strong analytical and marketing campaign planning skills
- Familiarity with paid advertising tools (Meta, Google, TikTok, IG, Shopee, Lazada etc)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic Photoshop.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin.
