Job Description A leading Fashion retail company is in the lookout for Demand Planning Specialist to support the Senior Demand Planning Manager in Demand Planning & monthly Integrated Business Planning processes and reporting. Reporting Directly to Demand Planning Manager, this job is based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities: • Collecting, consolidating and inputting of the IBP data in various tools ensuring global and internal timelines are met • Collecting and documenting Sales & Marketing assumptions and external factors • Ensuring accuracy of the demand planning forecast data • De-segregating demand plan down to article/SKU level and communicating with Supply Chain • Providing statistical forecasting on article level based on sales order intake and planning assumptions, cleansing/revising the history of the data • Identifying gaps for full horizon of demand plan vs strategic plan. Analyze magnitude of the gap and causes for the same. • Facilitating gap closing activities with respect to channels and categories • Facilitating monthly demand process • Managing the forecasting tool and continuously fine-tuning methods • Contributing to the requirements definition of broader business projects • Driving the implementation of process efficiency improvements within Demand Planning • Tracking market submission to deliver into the scorecard targets.

Any Job Skills Skills and Qualifications: • Minimum 3 years of Demand Planning experience within large sales organisation • University degree from leading school in Business/Finance/Accounting or related analytical discipline • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a strong attention to detail • Strong organizational skills are essential to meet tight deadlines • Advanced Excel Skills • Ability to multi task in a dynamic environment • Preferable experience in the sport or clothing industry About The Company Hays is the leading global specialist recruiting group.
