The Role As a Senior Revenue Operations Lead, you will play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales and customer success teams. You will have a strategic role in planning, forecasting, measuring, and improving key performance metrics, as well as supporting high-level decision making. You will lead internal business reviews on a quarterly basis, reviewing key performance metrics of the team with Smile Identity's executive team. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of experience in a senior-level Revenue Operations or similar role in B2B SaaS companies within the financial services or technology industries. They have a deep understanding of CRM systems and data architecture, as well as a strong ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improving sales performance. They have experience leading and implementing sales process improvements and have hands-on experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales operations and planning efforts for the company in collaboration with the wider Commercial leadership team, driving revenue growth, including the quarterly OKR setting for the team
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and processes that improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Lead internal business reviews on a quarterly basis reviewing key performance metrics of the team with Smile Identity’s executive team
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to the sales and customer success teams
  • Analyze data to identify trends, forecast performance, and make recommendations to improve sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Maintain and optimize the CRM system for data integrity and accuracy
  • Automate sales processes to drive more efficiency and a better customer experience (e.g. leveraging CRM and email automation)
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to leadership
  • Implement sales process improvements and manage sales forecasting and pipeline management
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in a senior-level Revenue Operations or similar role in a B2B SaaS company
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and data architecture, hands on experience with Pipedrive and Intercom preferred
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience in leading and implementing sales process improvements
  • Hands-on experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving sales performance
